Write down what you want to start, stop and continue in your life at home, work/study and the silent life inside your head. This will help you gain clarity.
Step three: Habits
Identify the right habits to help you take back control of your life.
The best way to maintain habits is to make them quick, easy and ones that you will want to do each day.
Step four: Plan
Create a plan that includes your goals, why you want to achieve them, how you will go about it, who can help you and when you expect to complete it.
