I asked Mark to work with some of our senior leaders across Retail as part of a wider plan to increase our business through development of our leadership capabilities. Mark spent time to understand our business in great detail before we even had an initial call and asked me some great questions to challenge my thinking of why I was taking this approach. He then had meetings with our leadership team, tailored based on our earlier discussions, from which we saw an initial spring…new thinking on old problems, challenging growth mindsets, increased energy. It also helped shape our leadership objectives both at a group strategy level and individually in the PDRs of the leaders Mark spoken with.
